This enables us to develop, construct and operate our projects while being a contributing, valued, respected, and trusted partner with local and Indigenous communities.

Earlier this month, on November 9th, the Proponent Bath Energy Storage LP, wholly-owned by Northland Power Inc., hosted a Public Community Meeting for the Bath Energy Storage Project (“the Project”), an up to 250MW/1,000MWh1 Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Loyalist Township in response to the Long-Term Request for Proposals (“LT1 RFP”) issued by the Government of Ontario through the Independent Electricity System Operator (“IESO”).

Northland will be holding the first Public Community Meeting for the Bath Energy Storage Project on November 9th, 2023. Residents in the Project area, including local communities and Indigenous communities, are invited to attend.
